Buyer protection is available for the following situations:

1. Failed to deliver on time & Order not received

If you receive the order after guaranteed time and have not opened the package, or your order does not arrive at the guaranteed time, please provide evidence to us. If the problems are caused by the us as seller, we should provide compensations to you.

The following situations are not included in compensations conditions:

Due to factors within your control (i.e. receiver is not at the shipping address, providing the wrong shipping address, changing order information, etc.)

Due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller's control (i.e. natural disaster, government actions, social events, etc.)

If you are not satisfied with the seller's solutions, please negotiate with us, based on the evidence collected from both you and the seller - us.

2. Not as described/Defective goods/Fake goods

If goods do not match the descriptions or if the product is defective or fake, please provide evidence to sellers.- us.

If the problems are caused by ADRENALINE ON THE GO, we should provide compensations to you.

The following situations are not included in compensations conditions:

Goods you claim are not as described, but ADRENALINE ON THE GO can prove that they are.

If you are not satisfied with the ADRENALINE ON THE GO solutions, please negotiate with us based on the evidence collected from both you and (us) ADRENALINE ON THE GO.
